    All delayed orders have been dispatched as there "was" a delay due to "Covid-19" circumstances. Australia Post do have current delays although orders in May should not take more then 14 day to arrive.

    Barber House is an Australian Company and working overtime with skeleton staff to deliver all orders. Apologies if you have been previously inconvenienced.

  • I'm concerned too about my order #3978 placed on 17th April, no response to email from the company and I just found someone else who posted on here that they did the old "here's a tracking number" trick. I haven't had any issues with orders from other places sent by Aus Post but I will give this another 2 weeks.
    So something to keep in mind if you plan on buying, don't expect that you will receive the order quickly.

  • Ordered 5 May 2020…#4229 They created a post manifest a week later on 12 May 2020 but never actually posted the item.
    Over three weeks now.
    Has anyone actually received their orders? Looks like they have updated tracking numbers but never actually posted anything. If I dont hear back, then a PayPal dispute is the next step I guess.

    Legitimately saw this deal and thought I'd throw an order their way and support a small but sness during these times with every intention of continued business at full prices thereafter … But now, I would NOT recommend this company.

      • I haven't received mine either ordered on 17th April, over 1 month and no update from a local seller, I also thought I would support local but the shipment is still pending. If this was coming from o'seas it would probably have still got here within 1 month. I'll be doing a PayPal dispute after today as something seems definitely wrong.

    • Looks as though the items were finally handed to Australia Post at 1.49pm today so it's not really true to say that the delay was something to do with Australia Post. They were very quick to update the shipping info once they received the goods.

      Anyway, I'll wait for it to arrive. But this has really hurt your brand in my opinion. I wouldn't be likely to buy again, and this is the stuff I buy the most regularly.

      • Glad your order has progressed. Mine is still pending with no updates when I check the tracking number, I've opened a PayPal dispute especially given that they advised in this thread that all orders were shipped out on 11/05 and they are personally taking the items to the post office.
