Looking at buying a Mi 9T, have read some reviews of the various websites based in HK, some people have had significant issues with warranty. Sadly I was not on the market when the killer $400 JB HiFi deal happened, so trying to figure out where a good place to buy this phone would be? Looking for the 128Gb model.

It's still pretty expensive but it's around $500 so you might be able to buy one but try to look for coupons to get a couple of dollars off.
i heard 7272wil gets good reviews, I guess I'm trying to work out whether the ebay stores are just as difficult surrounding any potential issues with the unit, i.e. warranty as the cheap HK stores.
I bought the k20 pro (same but better chip and ram etc) from ebay brand new for 600. Best phone ive ever owned. Love the notch less display and pop up camera. But if I were you I'd get the k30 pro which just came out.

$511 shipped from mymobile. I bought two 9t Pro's from them back in September and October and no complaints. They gave me a tax invoice and were very quick to reply to messages. They get them from HK "on demand" and then ship them internally via express post. Both phones took about 1 week in total to arrive.
I paid around that price for the 9t Pro 128GB version though, but looks like the weak dollar and low supply has caused the 9T price to increase.
