In June/July I will be shopping around for a laptop. I'm all but set on the Huawei Matebook X Pro but the domestic version only has 8GB of soldered RAM. I'll chew that just in my web browser, 16GB is a must.
Has anyone bought this from overseas? What and where are my best (cheapest) options?
The 2019 version is fine, nothing much really changed in the 2020 except the price. Yes I know this isn't the best bang for buck option out there. I particularly like the screen ratio and I'm already in the Huawei ecosystem so there's bonuses there too.

I have been looking for one for a very long time, none of the deals came up good enough. It was around USD1100 a year ago with 16GB ram and 512GB SSD. Sadly many has gone by and none floating around anymore.
