recently i have change my tpg plan, it seems even off peak, the speed is getting slow. i just try to watch online tv, but got drop out many times, then i try to connect my neighbor interest via wireless, and i got stable connection, that is very intresting
Anyone got issue with TPG since they changed their plan?

have sent query to tpg, i just did yesterday, still waiting their response. when i did ping for site outside australia, everage got 180 ms

this isnt that unusual, depending on who your are pinging.
i mean pinging google, you would expect this.
if your really interested you can tracert things in a simular way.

it should show you how long it takes to get through your isp

I am getting disconnected from my router almost 4x a day
but this generally means your modem/router is broken (could be over heating/power issues)
its pretty common, easy to test aswell, if you can find another router
No problems for me…I use to get problems with them and they made me do the ringaround for about a year…Eventually they came to fix it and I don't get slow downloads or dropouts anymore…Be insistant on them coming out to fix it…Its been pretty windy recently so maybe theres been some damage to nearby powerlines or whatever?
dont have a problem with them.. i stream some shows and sports … dont really have a problem with them and downloads are still fast for me … so not sure if there is a problem
yea, net is slower and more drop outs here.
Glad I saw this, I'm on an old plan for the past year without problems. Was looking at changing to the new 500gb plan but might refrain now.

hi all, today i got reply from tpg below, and just change the modulation as per instruction and it is working good now.
"6. Change modulation of modem to G.DMT or G992.1. For changing the setting in the modem, kindly refer to the modem manual or contact your modem manufacturer."
with dsl 502t, go to main menu, advance, adsl and select the modulation
finally, the tech from tpg come to my place, and check all my cable, and found nothing wrong, and weird thing is after that speed is increase and snr keep stable between 7-9 compare than before the tech come where the snr around 0-6 and some frequent drop out on the connection.
Yeah, me too. I am getting disconnected from my router almost 4x a day with my home phone already removed and only my routers connected. Thought it was my router's fault. Any other TPG customers experiencing the same problem?
