Choppy Internet Connection on Circles of Life $28/Mth 100GB Promotional Plan

We signed up for the Circles of Life promotional plan of $28/mth for 20GB + 80GB bonus for 6mths. Had been using it as a hotspot for sharing between 3~4 devices at home from dad's phone. Recently been using to connect to some audio clips on dropbox, cannot download so listening directly while streaming. Very choppy connection, sometimes can keep dropping out every 10sec, wait for 30sec, then dropout again. During this time, I turn off all other hotspot connections as well. On the contrary, my mum uses the same hotspot to watch online asia news, usually runs ok and not much dropout. Anyone here using Circles of Life with same issues? Or anyone using Optus with similar issues?

Also, 100GB/mth ending this month, so cancelling the plan as 20GB/mth will not be enough for my parent's usage. Any advice on similar cheap plans with about 100GB/mth? Thanks!

    Have you tried just turning the main phone on/off?

    Had the CL free offer for a few months and found it not to be as good as Catch Connect which also use Optus.

    Update, these 2 days also used CL to listen to audio directly from Dropbox, much better connection, no dropouts, so maybe last week or so Optus had bad connection for some reason.
    Still waiting for next batch of cheap 100gb long term plan. I know the same CL plan is now $38/mth.

    Maybe go for the SQUARE plan
