Where is the best place to buy Pi 4 and what "starter" kit do you suggest? I have no specific plans for it but would not mind introducing my children (and myself) to coding?
I was looking for the same couple of weeks back but least I could find was $59.5 and $74.5 for local stocks

Technically you can get a Raspberry Pi 4 with 2GB RAM for $60 incl shipping.

(you don't need to provide an ABN)Thanks a lot for the tip. I clicked personal in the prompt and was redirected to resellers when I was checking couple of weeks ago
just click business.
as power supply you can take the official one, or the one with multiple plugs :

Just say that you are a business.
Thanks, been looking for one of these since lockdown has been in place.
Raspberry Pi 4 with 2GB RAM is more than enough. What are you using it for?
How can one tell if it's got the USB-C fix?
Just trying to get Octoprint and basic things to run on it
Just remember the 3 and 4 are power hungry. I couldn't get the 3 to run properly without a specific power supply because my other USB and mobile chargers couldn't meet the requirements (They were all 2.4amps, the 3 needs 2.5+ to run properly, and I think 5.1V vs 5.0).
The 4 Needs a good USB-C powersupply. If I was going to buy them again, I'd get bundles with powersupply and case included.
A 4 is ~$10 more, according to your research. Just buy a 4. It is newer and much more powerful.
