My purchase didn't track. I sent email to cashreward and I had to confirm I bought the sim card for a new service. And then this email from Cashreward…

Since Cashrewards has not received any information from Catch Connect regarding this purchase, we will follow up your transaction with the store and do everything that we can to rectify your rewards.
Please be advised that our team has submitted an enquiry with Catch Connect in relation to your cashback and in the meantime I have added this transaction into your Cashrewards account as pending.
I would like to note that any transaction we query with our partnered stores can take from 30-90 days to resolve. The store needs to ensure the cooling off period has elapsed, that the item has not been returned, and that their analytics attribute the sale to Cashrewards. This time frame can vary significantly from store to store. Kindly disregard the Estimated Approval time frame marked against your transaction as this does not apply when querying a transaction with a store.
Below are some reason as to why transactions may not successfully track into your Cashrewards account.
•Using coupon codes not specifically advertised on Cashrewards, the presence of loyalty discounts.
•AdBlocker or spyware software can hinder the performance of tracking and can result in transactions not tracking or be ineligible for rewards.
•Tracking can also be affected if you shop around on any other website, including Google, after clicking from Cashrewards or by clicking on banners within a store's page.
