Personally not a fan of buying from Gerry Harvey, and I know it's not as good as the deals posted early this morning.
But I understand for those that missed out, the retail price of $124 + delivery during these times ain't too shabby. Click and collect may also be an option, but have no idea what stock levels are like and staying home might be the best idea at this stage.

I checked deals and it had been up for 2 mins so just good timing for me.
How is this a deal? It's the most expensive price on this site for this. All it was, was 'in stock' at the time.
Similar to deals for toilet paper, cleaning products and sanitisers etc, in the current climate resellers are snapping these up and selling at inflated prices. In normal circumstances this wouldn't be a deal but considering people are flogging for $200+ its not bad if you get one at this price.
A deal that does not make this. There's no discount or savings on the product, which I'm pretty sure, is what a deal would be.
IMO, people derive transaction utility from deals on ozbargain, which is the value of the deal. This is calculated by the expected or just price of the product less the price paid for the product. In this case, people think that the just price for the product is higher than the RRP and they can gain transaction utility. I see no problem then this is being posted as a deal as you cannot get stock anywhere else despite the fact they wanted to pay more than the RRP and can derive utility from buying the product. this is a valid deal.
@DanasaurusRAWR: I agree, I wouldn't pay more than RRP personally, but I can understand why some would especially given the current situation.

Im still waiting for Target and Big W to refund me for previous failed online orders last week. To make things worse, Target charged me twice.
Any update on your order? I got an order in the other day too but about 5 minutes after receiving the confirmation it was updated to backorder…
Yups, picked it up that afternoon. I checked the stock on the website after I got confirmation text and it was sold out. So looks like they didnt get much in.
