Jump On It / LivingSocial award for best customer service

I've had a few problem with LivingSocial vouchers in the past but one thing i always liked about their site was you can just call them and get it sorted on the spot, it's obvious they're better established and actually care about what they;re doin comapred to some other rat sites we know. And now just saw this article today http://www.dynamicbusiness.com.au/news/jump-on-it-named-best… i guess I'm not the only one that thought this way.

Still waiting on my havianas though ! :) or should say :(

I see on their website that you can get your money back for unused vouchers up to 5 days after the offer closes. Fair deal. Get your voucher. If they can't won't get you in on your preferred day, you get your money back. I thinki Groupon gives you a week. This puts pressure on other GB sites to lift their game, hopefully.

  • Agree with everyone here about the excellent customer service of Livingsocial. I bought an IPL voucher for $89 but decided not to have it done and asked for a refund. Called their customer service and they refunded my $89 on the same day.

    • How long after the deal closed did you call them?

      • 2 days after the deal closed

  • I will never buy Jump On It vouchers again. I have been unable to access my vouchers on their website since August. I was unable to use two of them before they expired and I can't get a refund. It has been referred to their management twice and I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Not a happy camper.
