I had some furniture roughly two years old which was damaged and insurance company wants receipts which I don’t have just wondering what I can do.

The store you bought it from might have a copy of the receipt - try contacting them and see if they can email you a copy

They need to know the amount of the claim
Usually they ask you to find something similar and submit it with your claim
credit card statement, proof of the same product for sale. etc
