I intend to apply for the Job Seeker payment in early June, as my current job contract will end around that time.
Just some questions about Job Seeker :
Is Centrelink currently asking for employment separation certs, bank statements etc when you apply for Job Seeker payment ?
Is the concession health care card automatically issued to you ?
And do you still have to physically go into a JSP office to get signed up ?

No they are not
"from 25 March 2020, access to payments will become easier with a temporary removal of the requirement for an Employment Separation Certificate, proof of rental arrangements and verification of relationship status."
Is the concession health care card automatically issued to you ?
Yes
"You don’t need to apply for a Health Care Card. If you're eligible, we’ll post your card to you."
And do you still have to physically go into a JSP office to get signed up ?
No
