I was able to purchase without owning a PS4 myself. Grab it quick!

      The base game is free and includes the tutorial and one stage I believe. The "complete first season" DLC gives you access to everything else.

      I got the same message and don't recall ever owning Hitman or downloading a demo. I just checked my purchases in the Library and it's there to download. Might be worth a look!

          Yes jssozb’s comment is correct. Go to library, and do a search.
          Note: It didn’t show up under library when I looked through the list.
          & I’m no longer a PS+ subscriber

      Same error message, but thankfully have a UK account and grabbed it there.

      I honestly can't ever recall downloading or purchasing it on my AU account though, so why would I have this "Paris" add-on?

      Same thing happened here. But when I went to —> 'Download List' I found the game and all the seasons there. All of them are getting downloaded right now!

    I can’t log into my PlayStation account on my desktop mobile anymore keeps saying “a connection to the server could not be established”

      I encountered this exact problem a few days ago. It could be something with your ISP or whatever. Anyway I solved this login issue by using VPN(select servers in Australia) to log in my PSN account. Then I can log in successfully as usual - no VPN required. Give it a try.

        It might be your mobile web browser? I use the Brave web browser and had to change a few settings to get the site to work.

        Edit: sorry just realised you didn't mention whether you were on mobile or desktop…

            @Twisty: I too cannot log in through https://store.playstation.com/ I think the problem is between Sony and Captcha.

            I was able to log in through https://my.playstation.com/

              @alvian: I just tried that link on my phone and I get the same issue

              I then tried it on my desktop and the pages just reloads when I click sign in

              I’m running safari on my desktop and I just got a pop up saying this browsers is not currently supported when trying to log in on the main store page….wtf

              But it doesn’t show that on mobile and I’ve tried safari, chrome and Firefox on my iPhone

                All browsers are essentially the same on iOS. They all use the same backend (WebKit)

          It's currently working on firefox on my pc. But I've had loads of issues with chrome and firefox on both my mobile and PC. I'd sign in but it would log me out straightaway.

    The downloads list (from PC) only shows “Hitman Static Theme”, “HITMAN” and “HITMAN Paris”.

    Can anyone confirm the whole game is actually there on the console?

      Yeah it should be. Also check your email it should say HITMAN - The Complete First Season (full game). I hope that helps.

    I bought PS4 for my year 6 son but I seem to enjoy it more than he does. I downloaded Uncharted free of charge and it was so much fun to play.
    Hope this game also as good.

    Weird can't even login to playstation store/Sony. Get the following message: A connection to the server could not be established.

    UPDATE: In the end I had to use my iPhone to purchase. Might just be a bug my end, but tried multiple browsers on my PC with the same outcome.

    Yep says on my Aus account that I've already downloaded when I've never owned a Hitman game on Playstation. My guess is it's part of the 'Play at Home' Initiative, as Uncharted and Journey will be expiring on the 5th of May

    Worked on my accounts without PS Plus subscription. This game was given as one of the free PS Plus games in Feb 2019. On any account which "collected" it previously, Sony doesn't seem to let you convert. So, you need to create another account to get it fully free.

    Not available for me as I got it from the PS plus. That version isn’t complete but.

    I wonder if I delete the entire game (and lose my hard earn saves) and try again…

      Uninstalling the game won't delete save games. They are stored separately.

    For those that are able to purchase it, you can then download Hitman 2 Starter Pack and claim the legacy pack as you now own Hitman 1.

    This allows you to play these missions with the Hitman 2 engine.

        Not much. They are almost identical so it just slots in as DLC.

        I personally haven't played much of Hitman 2, as I took a break from Hitman after going through to 100% the whole trophy list.

        What I noticed was there's now bushes you can use to hide, enemies are better at spotting you at different heights.

    For those getting error:

    You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s):

    On your PS4, go to Library -> Purchased -> Hitman

    You will see a bunch of checkboxes for all Hitman episodes. Download all of them for free.
