Anybody recently dealt with BillyGuyatts online. Called 1300 number says to use email or contact form. No replies. Was just trying to check stock of an item before purchase as for Mother's day present.

OK Update for those interested

Brooklyn Store Vic open

Online replies took about a week. That was through their contact form, and email.

The item was I stock and arrived today Aussie post, so 6days as sent Monday from order on late Friday the week before.

I just think Covid has messed up their online service.

They did say they could do their online price in store. It is also trading as Stan Cash as out item has stickers stating this.

The home entertainment unit was only wrapped in plastic mail bag. No separate box. Suppose you get what you pay for. Postage was only $6.95 for largish item. Item was well priced and I am meant to get a $50 Voucher

    google map their location, and see if they have a number advertised on the outside of their store

      Stan cash and betta lec.. No number, but I like your idea of thinking outside of box. I think I will go elsewhere for item. Might have closed down although reviews say online still present, but some reviewers also saying delay in responses to updates for delivery.

    In Vic if I drive to store for item assume thats not allowed. Store is 1hr away. Other side of town.

    Wow, didn't know they still existed! My mum speaks of having whitegoods from there that my parents bought when I was born!

      For the same iten on Ebay its about an exta $15. Also if you sign up in their website you get a $15 of Voucher, but local postage $6.99. The Evay site might be better for communications though. Anyway I did finally get a call back by going through their FB page which is more actively watched by them it would seem. Ordered the item as was in stock, and advised that it should ship by Monday or Tuesday

        Yes, some shops jack their prices on Ebay, annoying, but Ebay fees are over the top and I suppose that's how they cover it.
