Probably depends on how heavy you are.
It reclines nearly all the way back. It doesn't go flat like a plank but I think you would say you are lying down.
Folds up pretty flat when not in use.
Couldn't find a tape measure, but when folded down it's about the width of a dvd case so like 140mm
Have very similar chair, bought under very similar condition years ago ( around 5 ), and it's doing very well. Bit short ( on the leg part ) for tall > 1.80 people )
It'll certainly lay flat if you're as big as Big No Neck Ed
Definitely doesnt look like its worth $150. $50 looks ok though.

@moo: Oh right gotya. Yeah the recline is crazy - I would call it completely lie flat. There's tabs on both arm rests to lock in at whatever angle you want too.

It was reduced to $99, but I actually swapped a purchase of a portable hammock ($79 - suncorp 9%) for it. Their pricing got confused and it swapped over at $99 so I got it for no extra $$$.
Think main difference is mesh on one and solid on the other and a bag.
