Need Cheap but Decent Quality Wired Headphones with Microphone for Working from Home

So what office headset is everyone using for audio/video conferencing calls while working from home?

I need a wired headset with a good microphone. Bluetooth is disabled on the work laptop.

What's the difference between audio jack and USB input headsets?

Don't mind paying for decent Chinese products.

Can anyone recommend any office headsets that they are very happy with?

I find USB ones work more reliably on my laptop. I'm happy with this (which work gave me, so cost not really a factor). My colleagues have them as well, and sound and mic is really good on conf calls
