eBay Store's Previous % Discount Question

Hey guys,

Was just wondering if there was any site/way that checks whether an ebay seller has had one
of those 15%-20% discounts in the past.
I had my eyes on some music gear on a shop that currently has a 5% discount running,
but I wouldn't mind waiting if there is a chance of further discounts!
