Having Trouble Logging in to My Club Jetstar Account

Can't login to my Club Jetstar account all of a sudden, contacted Jetstar, they said traffic issue but no account issue. Tried different browsers, devices and VPN but nothing works.

Able to login with non-club Jetstar account just fine but I want to make use of the membership that I paid for. Anybody had login issues to Club Jetstar or Jetstar overall, how did you fix it? The IT team of Jetstar that was available via phone call said everything is working fine but I am unable to login since yesterday.
