I purchased a Surface device from Microsoft in October last year. Tracked ok and ~$114 cashback expected in January this year. Now 3 months and numerous emails with Cashrewards I still have not received my cashback.
Cashrewards say they have escalated with Microsoft and are awaiting their fee to be paid.
Anyone else been caught up in a similar situation?
Any advice on getting this resolved effectively - emails from Cashrewards are now just repeats of previous, i.e., 'we're trying to resolve'
Cashrewards generally seem decent and while it takes a while, have usually resolved alright, with at least 5+ claims for myself needing follow-up.
ShopBack has been worse -> They've outright denied claims for me which sucks.
Sounds like you're on the right path, maybe just follow up every 2 weeks or so and see what happens.
