    I managed to order after registering. Didn't need any credit card details. Shipping was free as well. I hope I don't like it, otherwise it'll be $50 for the product!

    It took quite a few goes, but it finally worked. I think their e-commerce package might be a little buggy.

    I think the main tip is to actually register first before adding the product to the cart.

    it finally worked!. btw i got this reply from my email last night "Thanks for visiting our Website. Due to the volume of requests the system automatically shut down free delivery as an option. It has not been reset so you can order now. By the way you don't actually have to have gentle cream, you can select other products you would like to try also."

    thus i have revoked my - vote.
    also i managed to work out how to order "other products you would like to try also" for free.

    There are over 20-30 different product samples available on their website, just click on each product to check if there is a sample available for that product…If you have the energy to order samples, and there is enough available for you..i just ordered another 12 samples of different products..
