Cheapest Dim Sum/Yum Cha breakfast that doesn't suck?

I'm specifically asking about the Perth area, but I'm sure people want to know & share for other areas.

At the moment I go to Dragon Palace in Northbridge. It's become the late-breakfast with the boys after a big night out regular. While the price of all Dim Sum is relatively good for what you get and Dragon Palace isn't expensive ($12-$18 each, depending on how hungry you are and what dishes you get). If you want to try it out it opens at 10AM on weekends and that's the time you should show up if you don't want to wait in a queue for seating. But I'm interested in alternatives.

We've tried at least three other places. If there were more, I forget. Good Fortune on Cambridge St, Wembley was a little more expensive and far less busy and about as good. Regal on Roe Seafood Restaurant on Roe St Northbridge was quite good, similar to Dragon but the layout of the restaurant made ordering/getting grub difficult, was about the same price (maybe a tad more). Right next door to Regal was Northbridge Chinese Restaurant which was about as good and a similar price with a similar layout. The grub was almost as good but not quite. Definitely greasier.

So - good + cheap Dim Sum around Perth? And your own cities, for others.

There is Golden Dragon, Lucky Lantern, Golden Lantern, Lucky Palace etc. Just mix and match those key words and you're bound to fine a chinese restaurant.
