Damnn that's cheap. I bought my Trekz Air for $220 like a year ago. To find them now for $109. Wow.

For those that are thinking of bone conduction headphones, it's a very niche product.

It's great if you like to listen to music/podcasts/audio but still want to be able to hear your surroundings (i.e. cycling, running, office workers)

You'll be sorely disappointed if you are expecting audio quality that you'd normally find in a $50+ pair of headphones or earphones.

I'll reiterate once again, these are designed for people who NEED to hear their surroundings.

If you understand what you are buying then you'll be able to accept the trade off in audio quality.

  • These are great for cycling, running, sitting in an office, or even doing chores around the house. You can hear everything around you along with your podcast or music.

Don't expect earphone-quality music - this isn't what you'd use if you want to listen to pumping music. This is what you'd use if you'd like something to accompany you while you're doing something else.

  • Great piece of kit. As idonteven mentioned, these AREN'T for everyone. This was the review that convinced me to get a pair a couple of months ago. Very happy with them.

As a regular cyclist I can say I'm very happy with my Airs after a year. Fit for purpose.

  • Awesome deal! Use my Airs all the time. Any deal on the Xtrainerz?

    • Considering they don't stock it, it might be a while

  • Anyone used anything like these for swimming? Keen to get into a bit of swimming when all this fun business passes us but wouldn't mind a bit of music to go with it (these are apparently not good for swimming)

    • I think you will need to look into the Xtrainerz as they are waterproof with a Internal ?4GB Memory

      • Yeah I think that's what I was looking at not too long ago, will have another gander once things return to some form of normality. Cheers for the heads up :)

    • Have had these Aeropex for 4 months and very happy with them, mainly for podcasts. Haven’t swum with them but they are fine under water in the shower. Waterproof to 1m I think 🤔

  • These wouldnt be good for glasses wearers iirc.

    • I don't have issues with my glasses wearing these

  • Upgrading from my air. Love the air use it all the time, cycling, walk to the shops etc

  • Ohh my sold out already .. too late .

It's silly to compare them to normal headphones. Of course they're not going to match up. That's not the point of them.

yeah like comparing apples and oranges. These are great so you can still hear when listening whatever, I use mind as a handfree as I have hearing-aides, and can't use ear buds, also use when walking so I can hear what going on around me too. I love mine.
