For those who are worried they've missed out: old model, Samsung VA panel from 2016, likely an average or poor implementation of it, which you don't want.

In fact the only one you would want, would probably be the AOC C24G1, but the prices right now are insane because so many people have just being buying any monitor they can get their hands on.

With supply lines being completely back up, new models coming in, and restrictions and demand both relaxing, expect things to normalise fairly quickly in the monitor space.

    That just reflects the short term demand (change in working conditions) and the limited inventory that most stores tend to carry.
    
    We're a country of people who are reluctant to mass adopt desktop tech in the numbers you'll see in Europe, UK and the USA, so you're seeing everyone begrudgingly transition all at once.
