Faked deliveries. Don't even leave cards. Missed a delivery and was offered re-delivery in 2 business days time. Pick up options limited and far away in my experience.
Lol my dad rang to complain about a laptop that hadn't arrived when the rest of his pc shop order did. They found it behind the drivers chair. Lol :)
@Slippery Fish: Oh, one time I had a parcel showing as on board for delivery. It didn't come and I called the courier the next day asking what happened and they said they were too busy to deliver.

- Had a package for delivery at my office address. Guy called me on Saturday and asked me if he can leave at front door. I told to deliver next week on Monday. Next week when the package wasnt still deliver so called him to check only to be told that he is on leave and advised to contact Fastway. Fastway never responded, seller was kind enough to refund.
- 2nd time with Fastway, had specifically mentioned in comment section during ordering with selller that i will be at home. Fastway still chose to not to deliver though i was at home.
For past 2 experiences, they have been fantastic on how pathetic they can be… cant imagine what i can expect from them during this situation.
Fast way are the worst… Tracking will sit on 'on board for delivery' for a few days and they won't respond to your enquiry until after the delivery has been completed so you sit in limbo for days

Don't know why Amazon US continue to use Fastway. Fastway can't deliver to Parcel Locker nor willing to hold packages and if they can't deliver, they will immediately sent it back to Melbourne. A lot of times, parcels get redirected back to Melbourne eventhough they have an agent in Canberra. I only noticed that it has been sent back to Melbourne when I use the tracking number which says item has been delivered to Melbourne.
