So since December I have had issues with my Boost Auto Recharge not happening.
Auto recharge failed for me and I have to do a manual recharge. Had to set up Auto recharge again using #11# (app does not work or web site) so I set a new day of month to 23 to get my extra free days instead of normal 28 day expiry.
Auto Recharge failed again January !!! Had to do a manual recharge again and then set up Auto Recharge again for a day of month to be 23 using #11#.
So today I get SMS notifying me that by expiry is 20 April which is NOT what I set in auto recharge! it is 3 days sooner!
I checked my previous months March and February and they all happened 23 day of month.
So looks like Boost may have canned this Day of month auto recharge!

Have not go thru to support as due to COVID-19 the call center has reduces staff and answering calls is a really long wait.
Anyone else see notice thier auto recharge day change?
Try setting it up using the boost app instead.
