Retention team have offered me 25% for my 500GB plan and 10% for the other two plans.

Could not afford to pay the bill and they made us stay with them.

Are you still under contract? I don’t understand how they could make you stay with them? I thought Optus had no contract break fees you just had to pay for any hardware you have.

  Since it was the retention team that provided this offer I think what the OP meant was that Optus did everything they could to persuade the OP to not leave Optus.
