Crommelin concrete sealer at a perfectly cromulent price.

Spotted at Bunnings Altona. It's a yellow clearance sticker, but I could not find the product on their website so you might have luck at other stores as a deleted product being cleared out.

OK I don't know how this stuff stacks up against other products. But even though it's marketed towards freshly poured slabs, it does say it can work for existing concrete. And at the moment pretty sure my garage/workshop has nothing.
And way cheaper than anything else on the Bunnings site for 10L. Aldi are selling 5L "patio sealer" for $30.

  Is this stuff just for stopping dust or can i drive a car on it?

    It's for stopping stains or at least minimising their effect. So if you parked your car and your car drips or leaks some oil, that oil wouldnt soak in like it does on concrete without sealant. It creates a barrier making it less porous.

  has anyone had personal experience with the product/brand? in the market for some sealer and almost pulled the trigger on CSW sealer before seeing this deal

    Used this. Doesn't last long if driving over or heavy foot traffic.

    I think they are ditching this in favour of the epoxy coat lineup.

      Does this work well enough as a sealer and primer for a coat of paint or something to give it a little bit more longevity?

        I used it on its own.

        The issue with paint on wear surface is the paint wears out. Primer doesn't reduce wear, only increases adhesion.

        I would only consider using this again to seal a storeroom or cellar.
