How does this taste? Is there chunks of Milo in it?

    • +3

I wouldn't say Milo comes in chunks. That said it's almost chocolate heaven on earth.

  • +3

Thanks OP! One of me favourite supermarket ice creams

    • +4

      Poor value for Ozbargain.

Better off buying Bulla Creamy 2L real ice cream when on special @ 1/2 price $4.25 (every few weeks at either Coles/Woolworths), put in blender/mixer etc and add desired amount or real milo, mix it and pour into tub and straight into the freezer.

How effective is it at killing pathogens?
The pic doesn't make it clear, does it have a pump/tap or it sprayed?

    • +2

      Very effective,
The antibacterial Milo cream must be scooped and used as a suppository

    sugars 21.1g/100g

Competing at the market of Haagen-Dazs/Halo Top size range… but for Milo ?

cheaper in powder form, sugar anyway~~

  • Asking for a friend, haha just kidding.. unless?
What's the expiry like on these?

  • +1

Tastes best with sprinkled Milo powder

Does anyone remember the paddlepop-shaped version of Milo icecream from the 2000s?
I'm glad they started making this tub form a while ago because it's quite similar in texture

  • +2

    Nestle? No thanks.

  • Does it taste the same as those one serve milo cups?

    • That's what I want to know.

  • Don't you love it - 'Ice confection'

I wonder what it needs to be considered Ice Cream. Probably cream?

Pro-tip: Get Connoisseur Vanilla, let it stand for about 4 or 5 minutes, then scoop into a bowl. Put a few spoonfuls of Milo over top, then give it a short mix through the now softened ice-cream.

It's about 1000% better than these tubs, because the Connoisseur ice-creams have a very high cream content.

      Great tip OR
THEN add milk to the mixed through softened ice cream and mix through again for a milkshake.
Malted milk by itself or added to the milo also makes a great mix.

Connoisseur tastes good but half price Bulla Creamy 2L is way better value.
