Picked one up at JB HiFi Warriewood yesterday but it seems to be out of stock now, they only got 10 in.
Was instock in Miranda, Liverpool as well yesterday at JB.I spoke to the guys at Warriewood and they expect the next shipment to come in around May, (exact date unsure) and probably only 10 again.
If you're really desperate and willing to drive far, Wollongong has it available for in Store only.

I picked one up from JB yesterday (Mt Ommaney) - they got about 10 in. I was lucky as they sold out within about 10 minutes, I just happened to be checking the website when they came in stock.
Data miners found evidence of new models in the latest patch this week, likely indication that Nintendo has made or is about to make a new batch of switches?

Hey, where did you get one from and did it say there was stock online at the place you got it from? I am checking it every now and then to see if any stores within a reasonable distance end up getting stock, but unfortunately only JBs far away have come up with stock so far.

I had been checking hourly. I called first and they put one aside for an hour.
Does that mean you did wait until it showed stock at that store before calling up? Just wondering if I should bother checking out stores or calling ahead before they even show up as having stock online.

I called another that wasn't showing as instock and they said they had pre-sold the stock coming in.
@happydude: Ah, I wouldn't be surprised if JBs near me have ore-sold them too =/. I'll keep an eye out still.
