  The official word from Valve is that these sites sell illegitimate keys and using said keys may cause the game to be revoked from your account or the entire account could be completely banned.

  If you have purchased any keys from this seller I suggest opening up a PayPal dispute informing them that upon contacting valve you have found out that this seller is illegitimately selling keys against the wishes of valve.

  PS: You should also open up a ticket with steam support explaining that you brought a key off them.

  We will start to sell it when the releasing time is close, now it is early to sell it , it seems everything is ok but anyway there may be some restrictions (region, language…) with game. So it is better to wait and be sure for now. Please keep following us.
