Need to spend $100 to use the coupon though?

Does this really warrant a separate post?

Honestly, I agree with you. My intention to create this post was to ensure those who needs it, can get it on this website just in case if they missed buying it from eBay or Kogan.

  • No mention of the alcohol content on the packaging interestingly…

    FFS, Ozbargain is now handsanitiser.com.au

    • Hmmm. Wonder if that web address is taken.

    • ozhandsanitiser.com.au

Duplicate, already posted. (Kogan is the same website, by the looks of it)
Also, not a bargain at all.

Suddenly, there's an over supply of 200ml Dettol hand sanitisers.

Suddenly, there's an over supply of overpriced 200ml Dettol hand sanitisers.

      FTFY.
Stock is trickling in so it's panic flipping time.

      • Someone in another post said that this is around the normal price for Dettol 200ml?

        • +1

Yes the RRP of these is about $7 each, so $42 for 6 bottles and $7 for postage recovery for them

  • equivalent to $8.17 per 200ml bottle

    • +2

Pretty crappy value when you put it like that. Especially being forced to buy six.

overpriced item should not appear on Ozbargain site

There really needs to be a sub category for covid supplies. They're not bargains but just inflated essentials that people need.

I saw them at Coles a few months ago 1 for $7.50 and 2 for $10.

    • A few months ago VS now

A lot has changed. Where have you been?

      • In China

        • In China

So you just got back from China?

      • My point was you shouldn't be paying more than $5 a bottle.

        • +4

We shouldn't be stuck at home washing hands every few minutes too. But yet here we are.

        • I know. Was kinda joking.
I'm bored from staying at home. help 🥺

Sure lots of negativity in here but I haven't seen these 200ML bottles for purchase since this all started - I am happy for a few of these deals even if some consider the price expensive the ease of ordering (and hopefully receiving) far outweighs the price.

Also I am sure I will use these and be able to help out family + friends who also need a bottle.

  • Not a deal… These are just hoarders trying to get rid of their $#!t now that it's about to be over… Steer clear, buy only what you need from a legitimate local seller that supports your local economy.

      About to be over?

I hope you are right - I personally think it's FAR from over until a vaccine arrives in a year or so.

Until then we are all trapped for months to come.

      • Think positive… It's almost over. That's what I tell myself everyday.. :-) and that's what I am telling you too.

I paid $7.50 each for 2 of these at Woolies several weeks ago. Given that the $49 includes delivery then I'd say they're reasonably priced, especially under the circumstances.
