Borderlands is until 24 April 3:00am.
Northgard is until 21 April 3:00am.
Normally there will be offers for these games going along with these weekends.
Botderlands is also in the current 2K Humble Bundle along with an XCOM and the Bioshock games - that might be an option if you like the game enough to buy.

I think there are still plenty as I read many comments in the past that people were not getting due to certain pick up mechanics which in the Enhanced version have apparently been fixed.
I think there will be a sizeable player base during that weekend and the sales for the game during and right after will be quite good.
Clearly the timing with HB is no coincidence either.😉
the biggest and most notable fix is the mini map being displayed… something sorely missed in the OG version
I can't even remember that it was a problem for me. I loved the game as is but then of course I am not as critical of things in games as most people on Steam seem to be.
Yep I own all 3 and can't remember buying any of them. Might give the games a shot soon though.
Not saying I have too many games, but when I went to the Northgard page I got the "Northgard is already in your Steam library". Oops.
Dang, that game looks good. Was it actually ever free? Would be a good game to add to the collection of games "I'll get around to it"

Just to clarify is this a complete game or just an expansion module?
You get to play the full game for the free-to-play duration or period.
Any idea of duration? I know it says free play days but when I click on any of the games no mention of a free-to-play weekend/period.
Dumb question, how do I get it downloaded for the free to play weekend? In Steam it's still showing up as 67% off and A$13.18

There must be only 6 people left on Earth who don't own Borderlands yet. I think it's been in about 3000 bundles over the years, it's been free/included in subscription on a bunch of consoles or it's been so cheap that everyone has bought it.
Oh to be those 6 people though. It's great for when you finally get it.
