Saw this in store, they’re not refrigerated from what I saw, but still best price I’ve seen per litre ($4)
Flavours are:
- Passion Fruit & Lime
- Lemongrass and Ginger
- Lime and Mint

The Passionfruit and Lime is pretty decent
It's not too bad
These are the worst I have tried so far (i could still drink it)
what's with the sudden half pricing of kombucha? last week it was the lo bros one and now this.
Bought too much biodynamic toilet paper, I can't afford Kombucha this week
Before that it was Mojo 1L bottle. That's my favourite. Passion fruit. Yum…
Non refrigerated live cultured drinks doesn't make sense
Yep, these aren't live, they've been pasteurised.
they've been pasteurised.
LMAO.
I wonder how many fools are extolling the health benefits of the non-existent bacteria they recieve from the fake kombucha.
Probably heaps, lol. I'd argue the same about 'real' Kombuchas too. I just drink them because they're refreshingly delicious and have minimal calories!
@bbqandbargains: Ditto, refreshing and on the healthier side of available drinks.
which means anything in there is dead, which makes "live cultures" a gimmick and false advertising.
fan of kombucha but not this variety as u/steste said above and personal taste - these are not on par with lobros
Agree though Lobros has sugar. Remedy is the happy medium for me - no sugar, no alcohol.
These are not nice.
Pepsi is much cheaper. NO DEAL
I don't think they're in the same league…
One is a sugary drink.
One is a sugary drink claiming to be kombucha but it's been pasteurised.
Shit the Pepsi is probably healthier.
Please include the size (ml) in the Title :)
Btw, Lo Bros is half price at woolies too. https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/682281/lo-…
Can validate this. I posted the half price offer during last week's specials and it seems like that have extended the specials to this week commencing today. Lo Bros tastes better. I tried Good Earth brand but it doesn't compare.
If you drink a bit of Kombucha, do yourself a favour and start making it at home. I have a 5L keg on the kitchen bench, takes me about 7-10 days per batch which covers our needs nicely. Costs me about 80c per batch for bushels tea bags and sugar + whatever fruit for flavouring (which is usually stuff in the fridge that is looking a bit sad or whatever is on special this month at the local grocer).
Picked up my scoby from a health food shop for $20 but i got ripped off - plenty on gumtree for 10 bucks or so but i felt a bit better buying off a proper shop.
Tonnes of youtube videos on the subject.
Tried and failed. Couldn't get the taste right and found you'd never get enough carbonation unless you ran it through a sodastream.
What I really wanted was to replicate the Remedy flavour and texture, but soon realised it wouldn't be economically feasible as they add a bunch of sugar free sweetener/flavourings and carbonation post brew.
Its possible to get higher levels of carbonation but you end up wrestling the top open as it tries to cover you in kombucha.
You won't ever get a like for like product to the commercial ones as they produce it differently. You will get a product that is better for you and at a much cheaper cost. It might take a while to tweak the recipe for flavoring etc.. to suit what you're after.
Matt, how do you get carbonation right? It sounds like a bit of work
Owned by Tata of India.
I prefer mine Aussie made and owned.
they arent very nice
