I have tickets for a cancelled gig last Thursday. Ticketmaster have been silent - not even a generic email. If they weren't nasty enough to charge $10 or whatever it is to give me the privilege of using my own printer to print out my own tickets I might have a bit more sympathy and patience but IMO they deserve none and I'd like to get back what I can.
They have a support page with a non-committal "We'll get to you when the time is right" message and not much more. I saw this which is American I believe but IMO it does not bode well for here.
Has anyone attempted a CC chargeback against them for the current situation? Any results you can report?
The ticketing companies are scamming pricks, as you mention, there is a fee for literally everything. I'd be doing a chargeback, you didn't get what you paid for.
