Are Banks Likely to Approve Balance Transfers in COVID-19 Circumstances

I'd like to apply for a balance transfer for $10k. I've held off recently as I wasn't confident I would be approved for that amount.
Do you think banks are in a position to approve this amount for a balance transfers now?

        Due to your personal circumstances, not because banks aren't in a position to fulfill an application.

    You need to be approved for the card first, maybe start with that. It's all down to your personal circumstances and you won't know unless you apply. No one here can give you a definite answer as they are not the lender.
