  I'm never buying from florsheim online again. Bought a pair, turned out to be not quite the right size, took them to my local store who refused to take them back, so I had to pay for postage back (about $15-20 from memory)

  Most online clothes retailers allow you to post back at their expense (eg Charles tyrhwitt). Or at the very least take into the nearest shop for free exchange.

  I used to exclusively buy florsheim but that experience put me off, haven't bought a pair since.

    If you paid using PayPal you can get your postage refunded
