140

Also 50% off Digital Deluxe purchases for in game DLC

Sure, this expansion hasn’t been well received, but at 50% off it’s still something to enjoy while in isolation.

Declare Your Allegiance
Azeroth paid a terrible price to end the apocalyptic march of the Legion's crusade—but even as the world's wounds are tended, it is the shattered trust between the Alliance and Horde that may prove the hardest to mend. In Battle for Azeroth, the fall of the Burning Legion sets off a series of disastrous incidents that reignites the conflict at the heart of the Warcraft saga. As a new age of warfare begins, Azeroth's heroes must set out on a journey to recruit new allies, race to claim the world's mightiest resources, and fight on several fronts to determine whether the Horde or Alliance will lead Azeroth into its uncertain future.

    just let wow die already

    • why do you say so

  • FF14 is the MMORPG to play.

    • Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Good deal. I’ve read that you can buy this, add it to a second WoW account within the same bnet account (that doesn’t have BfA yet), and it’ll grant another level 110 boost to your account (as the boosts are bnet account bound).

This is about half the price of buying a 110 boost on its own.

(Subject to testing and your own research)

    • Blizzard don’t seem to understand that the ability to “boost” a character is the reason people don’t want to buy this.

      • I'm really not understanding what you mean with this comment - that people would be more inclined to buy it if it didn't include a boost?

        • Yes. I will not play or buy retail wow if things like "level boosting" is possible. Of course it is just one of many of the casualisations that have killed the game for many - see how many playing Classic as proof of this.

  • I haven't played in a while, does this effectively unlock everything in the game to date? Or are prior expansions "locked out" and you can only go from base game to this expansion?

    • +1

Yep, it unlocks all expansions to this point. That said, if you intended to keep playing beyond BFA the Shadowlands preorder would be a better deal

      • +2

So if I buy World of Warcraft®: Shadowlands for $59.95 I get access to both BFA and Shadowlands when it comes out? I haven't played WOW in about 9 years but not much else to do I might give it ago.

        • +1

No, buying the Shadowlands preorder will not get you BfA immediately. A few months after Shadowlands releases they will bundle BfA into the regular subscription

If you want to give it a go, it’s free to play up to level 20, or if you buy a subscription, that will give you access to all expansions before BfA and a level cap of 110
