I have used them a couple of times. I am not usually in a hurry. When I have ordered in the past my order usually takes ~2months
How reliable are these guys? I've heard that some take ages to get delivered
Do you mean punctual?
Reliable?
Well you should get your card in the end but expect it to take many months to arrive.
Mine took 2 months (only after contacted concierge to complain) - won’t get anymore: I’ll settle for instant 5% options.
I used to say wait 6wk, but see my post below.
Coles Myer Physical Gift Card
Is there one for Rev too?
From the last WW offer from them i ordered few and they are having delays in physical gift cards so they have converted my order to e-gift card.
ordered, thanks.
How to join in?
my last order, on 14 Feb, was quoted delivery between 29 mar to 4 apr. I chased them this week and was told they would be sent next week. Given this discount is for the $500 card, i would pass.
my GC order from feb did not get delivered. after chasing multiple times, they finally sent electronic GC instead. this is starting to be not worth the effort.
Always had to dispute with PayPal on these deals.
Would not buy again.
I'm still waiting on my order from 28 Jan, est "2020-03-12 - 2020-03-18"
I find 3 months is the typical delivery time. Don't know why they're not honest about that, and don't deliver as promised.
My last lot I ordered $1500 wish in late Nov.
Chased them up 15 Jan (phone & email), 28 Jan (phone & email), 10 Feb (phone & email), 17 Feb (email), 26 Feb (phone & email) .The phone I never got to speak with anyone, i just waited & was offered to leave a message.
I never got a response.Put in a Paypal dispute on 5 March listing the above attempts and asking for the cards physical or electronic. About a week later I get a refund. No sorry, nothing.
Groundhog Day
These are not readily delivered, and will have you wainting months not weeks, and ou will need to raise a dispute.
every single one I have ordered over the years ive had to complain as they never did arrive. maybe they probably hope that you have forgotten about it 3 to 4 months later. so keep records. on the last one I had to email them countless times and finally got them all sent via email instead . I hope they will refund the registered post I paid for.
I just got a refund from Paypal after they failed to provide my last set of Woolies cards.
I was in conversation with "Zoe" by email at Pegasus. Initially she apologised and offered egift cards which I accepted but after more than a week and multiple emails these still did not appear and she stopped replying. So I went to Paypal. They were good and refunded after a couple of days.
Unfortunately I have two subsequent orders to follow (yes I know but 10% is good if they actually deliver) so I suspect the same will happen with these.
Seriously think these should be banned now.
I chased them this week on my next order (2nd of 3) which was due and they gave the usual excuses about delays except now blaming it on the virus situation. They said they hoped it would be "a couple more weeks" before they would receive the cards. Usual BS.
I told them I wanted to cancel and have just received refunds today for all the orders. Won't waste my time any more.
paypal says gift cards are not covered by there protection last time i called them?
Don't know what to tell you, I raised the dispute and the money is back on my credit card. Maybe its electronic gift cards that are excluded.
I'm still waiting for the ones I ordered early March, I feel foolish for falling for this scam :(
I'm still waiting.
The order of the woolies said 29th May delivery latest.
I'm planning to open with PayPal tomorrow.
How reliable are these guys? I've heard that some take ages to get delivered; is this still the case?
