A 2560x1440 IPS monitor with a headphone jack and VESA mount, 27 inches.

I've looked eBay, staticice, and Google Products. I'd prefer cheaper, but it seems like 90% of the product listings for this kind of monitor are sold out everywhere. 27 inches would be best, but I guess larger would be okay. but my dual monitor arms will only fit 27 inches or under. I could just the stand if there is a good deal on a 32 or 31.5 inch display.

It just needs a resolution of 2560x1440 (QHD/WQHD). And it has to be an IPS panel. And it needs at least a headphone jack to get audio out of HDMI, not necessarily speakers though speakers are usually a good indication that there is a headphone jack.

EDIT: So I went with VX3276-2K, and although the colors are a little crushed and the matte coating took a minute to get used to, I am happy with it. Viewing angles are good, size is good, it's light and portable. Games from consoles look really good on it. I might have been happier with a different model but the cheaper ones are all out of stock right now so for right now I'm happy with this one.

  • VX3276-2K ~$300 ticks all the boxes.

    • That could do it. Where did you see it available for about $300?

      • Purchased it from Umart for $299 a year ago. Seems it's $349 nowadays due to high demand.

        • In the end I just ordered this one. Paid $399 for it which seems like a lot for the cheapest panel. But I don't want to wait until May for a better one or cheaper one to be in stock. It might be able to moonlight as a TV at 32 inches.

          • @AustriaBargain: Good choice. I think you'll be pretty happy with it esp since you're not paying $600+. Keep us posted.

            • @Hybroid: Yeah I could just buy a different one on sale two years from now on the cheap. 32 inches is too big for my monitor arm so I might keep this on the stand next to the two arms. I chose express postage so I should be able to report on the screen soon.

  • i want the same specs but with at least a 120ghz refresh rate

    • +5

You want it to be able to refresh 120 billion times per second?

    • There's a few, usually at 144Hz and above $500
      Acer Predator XB271HU
      Acer Nitro VG271UP
      LG UltraGear 27GL850
      ViewSonic XG2703
      ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD

I own the a ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD and kind of regret the purchase. A stuck pixel appeared 2 months into it and ViewSonic refuses to replace it as it's outside the 30 DOA period. Maybe I got unlucky but it's pretty disappointing.

  • Was on the same boat and best bang for buck was 32", since most 27" are priced higher than 32". So went with LG 32GK850F-B from mwave. Good one.

    • why would 1440p 27 inch monitors be priced higher than 32 inch 1440p monitors?
