  Great post OP, cheers. Wondering if there is maybe a 'method' to adding such things to coffee?
  Pretty sure I tried to add Kahlua and/or other similar types of liqueurs to coffee years ago but found the milk would curdle.
  Maybe there is a special/certain order in which each liquid should be added? … temperature variations per liquid causes issues maybe?
  Kahlua is so dang' good… maybe it's better I don't know!

    Coffee is acidic, so it's pretty good at destroying things. Could just be temperature tho, I think that might be the reason why they heat the milk before adding to coffee. You could try coldbrew with highly alkaline water and see if it changes anything.

    I'm simple tho, I drink out of a cup so I don't see it hahaha

      Cheers. Will bear in mind. Might do a little research around the net to look for any additional info. Been a while since I've had Kahlua, will definitely have to see about picking up a bottle. Thanks again for bringing to our attention.
