Winners will be notified by email and/or mail and at the judges’ discretion, will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly an Affidavit of Eligibility and one or more Appearance, Liability and Publicity Release(s) as may be required by Sponsor and/or any prize supplier (each an “Affidavit/Release”) within 4 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.
