So Telstra are really struggling at the moment , anyone who has purchased a plan in the last week might have a longer lead time!

So last Friday I ordered a 15$ 5GB Data Plan ( With Unlimited to 1.5MBS when it goes over that).
I received the Simcard two days ago and tested it and wasn't working. No problem , I tried to go online to activate it but they said they would need more info and to call
The Telstra call center at the moment is around a 20 minute wait , as their ovearseas call center is down due to Covid 19, and when I finally got through, the guy on the phone said it was his first ever call ( training new staff to cope with massive call load ) . He had some issues identifying me and thought my name was something else ( bit confused) he had his training people there and eventually said it was activated and to wait 2-4 hours.
Next day nothing so I tried the Telstra Message service on the App , good news if you don't need a Telstra ID to use this , it was around a 1 hour wait after I sent the first message but the good news is you can message back in your own time and eventually they respond.
Turns out the order isn't even provisioned yet on their side but they sent the time out anyway!

Sim was sent and not provisioned by Telstra before arriving , still Pending!
You can check on your status with your order number , this is in format 1-XXXXXXXXXXXXX/X , I found this on a PDF name they had send me earlier and you can feed it into below for monitoring
