Since when has ebay had afterpay? this is the first time ive seen it.
Saw it just now too.
Looking at the wording on the following page, it's a seller specific offer. I'm going to have a look at another seller to see if my interpretation is correct.
You are correct, though alot of sellers seem to have it, even my own personal listings have afterpay, and ive not done anything to enable it it's just there.
Which would seem to indicate my interpretation was incorrect, wouldn't it? If it's there by default for sellers, then it's not seller specific? Is it an opt out situation? I've checked three stores I have saved and they've all got it (and they haven't had it previously).
@slacktech: There are exceptions, but the page says it's based on category or other criteria, not seller. For example;
"Afterpay is available for items listed in selected categories on eBay.com.au"
And there's a listing of why an item/listing may not have AP available.
@slacktech: Guess you're right, I seen a few listings without it but looking now they are new accounts with 0 feedback so im guessing that's why.
That's cool though it even works with discount codes.
@Axelstrife: I put a tiny order in yesterday and the offer to pay via AP wasn't there (and I'm sure it would have qualified). So maybe they've put it in over the last 24 hours?
It's $212.41 still too expensive. May consider if it's $99 price tag.
I would rather they pay me, that would be a great deal, but this is reality.
Please update code to : PBOLT15 , as it is showing this as the correct code
Updated. For future reference, please report the deal.
Thanks Richard
They are still $209 on EPP if you have access and also there's a $50 coupon for over $250 spend.
Is this the education portal? I checked and the price is $239.
