      • Should show up in app and in drop down menu if you order from Grild's website. I did receive an email with the barcode in it but didn't show in the app/website for a little while.

    Order scheduled for 6pm. Still hasn't arrived (7.30pm). Called store who said they made the order on time, called driver who was allocated the order who said they have no record of my order.

    Doordash have advised to replace the order but obviously I now don't have the 50% off…

    Just picked up my order from highpoint, had to wait an extra 30 mins due to the amount of orders coming in.
    Shoutout to the staff there as it was obvious management didn't put more workers on considering the sale. They were working at 200% but still managed to be extremely apologetic and polite.

    Coupon worked for my wife, still waiting for mine.
    Ordered for delivery, waited 1.5 hours after the expected delivery time, wife called and was told food was made ages ago but they can't get in contact with the driver.
    So had to pickup instead.
    Great service from Highpoint Grill'd, made fresh batch for us and were apologetic, even though they were getting pumped with orders.

  • I had a great experience as a first time customer of Grill'd, I ordered at approx. 4.30pm for a 6.30pm delivery. Everything was on time and delicious.

    I select the coupon and proceed to payment but it doesn't show the coupon.

    • Yes, but it may take a while for it to show up. When it does show up it will be in the Grild app and on their website dropdown on checkout.

  • Also couldn't get it to work, which is pretty typical for how bad the Grill'd app usually goes. I'd seriously be asking their agency for a refund for that horrible ordering system.

    Worked for me, and was delivered quickly 30m after ordered, nice job Grilld!
    I have got an email, then on the website when you check out, there is a drop down box under the promotion code, select it and order will discounted by 50%, plus free delivery currently, pretty good deal!

    I still didn't get a coupon even though I signed up yesterday. Resorted to logging onto the website then deleting my account and recreating it. Got the coupon straight away.

  • Long time Relish member, got the discount offer right away but no delivery to my address as the store nearby not taking orders (maybe closed down?)

  • Delivery is currently not available in my location, despite the fact that they should be discouraging walk-ins.

  • Trying to place an order the last 30 minutes. App and website just time out or are unresponsive after adding items. Items can be added sometimes if I wait 2 minutes adding it to my basket.

    I was looking forward to this but I've given up and ordered something else for dinner. Won't bother trying to order again as the experience was really frustrating.

    A timeout occurred

    • Same. Kept getting stuck after putting in cc details. Refreshed and got the error but then got a confirmation via email.

      • Yes I was lucky and received an email confirmation even with a timeout.

  • My mate tried to order online but kept getting an error message, so decided to just go in store and do it (Southland, VIC). They were shutting up shop at 8PM because they had run out of just about everything apparently, so he wasn’t able to place an order.

    Not sure if anyone else experienced this?

  • Waited 12 hours for the coupon to arrive, it finally did. Went through the order process and it kept taking me back to the original screen to confirm my location. Tried to add a 6 pack of beers (and yep there is food in the order) but unable to do so. That's half an hour wasted.

    • they've removed all alcohol from my store.

      • Oh right - maybe they ran out? On mine, it's still showing, and you can still click it, but when you do it doesn't get added to the cart

    • Yeah won't even let you add any items, it's just keeps taking back to the choose location.

  • This is crap. Its targeted. I've been a member for ages and I was just arguing with them and they said if I don't have an email then I don't get the discount. They kept pointing me at their silly app as well. I don't install random apps from retailers.

    I also don't seem to have ever gotten any of the relish benefits, which again is only trackable on the app. The website login is utterly useless. Their website is buggered right now anyway with a 500 Internal Server Error.

    Love the food but their discounts are always so painful. A while back they had a 50% off second veggie burger, and they had to override/hack the system to give me a discount.

      So I placed an order and then 500 - Internal Error. No idea if the order went through. I think it's a matter of time before Grill'd goes out of business if they can't seem to adapt to this new world of takeaways and deliveries.

    Phoned our order through to Chadstone and then showed barcode from app when I paid and picked up. No hassle, fed the family for $35!

      • Many comments say it works for beer as well if you order a burger. None of the stores near me have beer in stock.

        • The probably removed it. I got beer delivered from doncaster the moment this deal went live. I then got some for pickup from the swan st store and a cbd store.

  • Guys - how about risk of catching Covid with something like burger? Patty should be fine but other stuff and the person handling it can cause risk? Thats probably the reason why McDonald sales went down/

    • i normally just rinse off the burger in some freezing cold water before i eat it.

      Sure its soggy but its Covid free

    App is pretty bad, code wont show up on app or browser and cant even progress order on browser anyway as the site just refreshes.
    Credit for the fact that order/food customisation is good. But yeah everything else sucks.

    • I went all out and got a Risky Brisket, added an extra brisket pattie, egg, bacon and cheese - nearly $30 full price. No regrets!

    Expired? Signed up and got this:

    Our recent 50% off offer has been loved so much that we’ve come up against more than a few food shortages. Regretfully, we’ve put a hold on the promotion for all new sign-ups while we let our teams take a breather and stock back up on supplies!
