For instance I reported a post for being out of stock and the mods accordingly amended the post. It's now back in stock and I want to alert the mods to amend the post again but I can't report it a second time.

We don't want one user reporting the same comment or node multiple times. Just report any comment in the deal as an alternative or TWAM as above. All reports are manually processed so we can figure it out.
Kinda on-topic, why can't the OP mark a deal as "out of-stock" and instead must notify a mod?
I know they can mark it as expired but it's not really the same thing
You can mark it out of stock, click on the red expired tag then change it to out of stock.

@FireRunner: No problems, it's not very obvious and comes up quite often.
Maybe we need to make some sort of visual indicator.
