Amazon charged me $72 and have already shipped it out so…

    • The UK and US prices are different now though.

Nice price from Kmart - I'd probably consider it, had my order not already shipped from Amazon UK for $72 as well.. it's currently still only $76 delivered from them though.

Oh, looks like it's at 79.66AUD now. I guess it depends if you can wait a week and save 20 bucks but a good price for local stock I guess.

      • Only $76 shipped for me from amazon UK.

      • Sorry I didn't know about VAT being taken off the Amazon UK price.

Good price for the individual trilogies, cheaper than Amazon UK atm! Would grab Eps 1-3 but noticed its a bit of a DNR mess according to screencaps. And as for the changes on the original trilogy….shudders

  • I ordered 3 copies from BigW with their 3 for 2 promotion. I just hope they post it out early for it to get to my door on the release date…

    • so it actually let you get 3 for the price of 2?

    • How much are Big W asking for the set and how much for each triology?

  • +1

But with Amazon UK you get the film cell!!!

How can they call it complete without the Star Wars Holiday Special! Very much in need of remastering

  • Alderaan shot first…

Its at 60GBP as AmazonUK now…

    Which is about $90AUD

Hi racerm911, don't forget AmazonUK drops VAT at checkout for us Aussies. I think that's the AUD$76 everyone is talking about.

Is there a special version without the Phantom Menace? That for me would render the series complete

$80 from Amazon (with free shipping) now. Was just gonna order it. Left it a little too late. Might as well just get it at K-Mart now. :/

something something something darkside, something something something complete.

  • If you wait a week it will be back down to 57 pounds on Amazon UK. It's been hovering there for a long time. If you wait a month it might go even less. Be patient my padawan…

  • BigW (in the Macarthur Centre, Bris - but presumably other stores) have dropped the ticket on theirs from $118 to $98 to match Kmart.

I think the trilogy packs were about $38 plus change.

Still, I have to admit I ordered my "Bonus Film Cell" Saga pack from Amazon UK for £60.00 (AUD$79.71) this morning.

Those are excellent price for Aussie stocks, they are below cost….

    • what makes you think its below cost?

      • Retailers usually use those big release as loss leader to attract people to come to stores. More importantly I saw Fox's invoice on Monday, Kmart's complete saga is at cost level while the separate trilogy is $10 below cost….

  • I pre ordered from amazon UK too.

they have shipped it out already and say it will come start of October.

im not to fuss about the time.

but cant wait until it comes to see it in high def 1080p. with full DTS surround sound.
    going to be awesome!! :D

    • It usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive from Amazon.co.uk.
