[Resolved] Need Help Identifying This Port

Anyone can confirm what this port is for? https://imgur.com/a/MgZDsZT

It's on my old gen 2 IBM Thinkpad X1. Is this an Ethernet connection? Because of the lack of ports on my thinkpad, trying to make use of adapters that can connect more devices. Just can't seems to identify this one. Thanks
