Negging because they (Mad Mex) don't display their delivery radius publicly for Menulog (ML is a billing portal for that restaurants own delivery facilities, as opposed to UberEats that uses the Uber network). I have also raised a complaint with them directly too…

Thanks, appreciate it. I've since removed my neg as they've educated me on the change to Menulog whereby ML now offer their own delivery people.
Okay, so Mad Mex support have educated me that Menulog now have their own drivers, and in fact Mad Mex uses the respective service for delivery [be it ML or others], and they do not have their own drivers.
Armed with the above info, I'm removing my neg.
Now to play everyone's favourite game, 'Do I have Covid or is it just a bad burrito?'
