Quarantine Tip: To play with players in multiple locations you can screenshare the game using an app like Discord (better) or Webex which are both free and easy to use.
Yep, the host needs to make their screen visible to all players, but each player uses a phone or similar to enter/draw/etc. No interaction required with the host screen, so YouTube live streaming, Facebook, Twitch, etc would all work as well.
Yup those work fine too, but it's more fun when you can hear/see everyone, which is where Discord shines! (Plus the lag is very low)
If you want lowest latency. Mixer.com is full HD and sub second latency. Discord, Twitch etc all have 5-15 second delays.
I've already tested with Discord and delays are less than 500ms. It also does full HD and up to 60fps.
Discord only does FullHD if you pay for Nitro.
@coxymla: Whoops good point, I totally forgot I still had free Nitro. Free users can only stream up to 720p/30fps. I found it adequate for this game and other Jackbox games anyway.
Drawful 2 on Steam also supports Steam's built in "Remote Play Together" feature.
I think the EGS version of Drawful2 is DRM-free so probably worth picking up even if you own it on Steam.
