I booked a flight from LA to SYD (LA->HNL->SYD) on Hawaiian Airlines through MyTrip.com (redirected from skyscanner) and want to get it refunded now. I sent them an email but they haven't responded in 2 weeks and I can't reach their lines. What's the best thing for me to do? Anyone else in a similar situation?

unconfirmed but a friend on FB said most of their call centers are closed. The whole world is shutting down, one business at a time :(
I tried calling them early March before crap hit the fan. Needed to add my middle name to my ticket as forgot it, Malaysia to Aus. They where no help at all and even said if they could do it would be like $200 on a 500 ticket to add a middle name. I just risked it and besides 200 chicks at airport seems no one cared

Yep, have 5 return flights; 4 through flight centre, and another through a random mob that my fiancé booked through (she booked a domestic return with a US company!). Cant get a response from anyone.
