So have an item on 'to be shipped' the timer ran out and was expecting a refund, which is what the app says will happen, but now the timer is up again for another 23 days, where it was 0 days for a few days.
How do i get my refund?
Do I hit cancel order?
Or speak to seller about getting my refund?

Hit cancel on the order, the seller will either ship it quick smart or refund you.

update: so i hit 'cancel' in the 'to be shipped' menu
then i was like ok now what.
after a few days have passed then i realized you click on 'messages', 'order', and the item in question
and there it said 'seller agreed to order cancellation'
then another button 'refund information'
where it outlays a 'status' of refund
after a few more days i realised refund in bank
so mission successful.
thanks for peeps help, never had to do this, so i was a bit concerned about loss of $$

A tip for those who want to have an online chat with a real person on Aliexpress.com use this URL https://helppage.aliexpress.com/buyercenter/selectTopic.htm
You will still need to give some information to the AI Eva but once you have done that there should be an orange Chat Now button that you can click on to chat with a real person. Remember to ask for a case id number as reference for your online chat as well as manually saving the webpage with all the chat messages. I recommend doing this on a desktop PC.
